Trying to build a nice lil window system

I call them frames interally so I don't go mad battling the window global

Pretty good progress so far

Still lot's of problems though

• Frame doesn't capture focus
• No way to restore closed Frame (like desktop icons)
• Not accessible
• Not mobile friendly
• A lot of internal messiness handling events
